The original Waltonian Inn was built in 1923 and opened in 1925. Since then, the Waltonian Inn has welcomed thousands of guests, providing each with an unforgettable Northern Ontario outdoors experience. Largely destroyed by fire in 1980, the lodge was re-built to retain much of its original look, character and charm.
	Since then, the Waltonian Inn Resort has again become a popular destination for sportfishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, family and outdoor vacations. The Resort also hosts many weddings, special events and gatherings. No pets, please.
